Nika Kaplja
Nika is an actress, a creative, and a dreamer who can usually be found in Ljubljana or London, or sometimes somewhere in between.
ABOUT ME
Nika has made stage her home since childhood and decided to make acting part of her life forever in early teenage years. She then trained in Ljubljana, London and Glasgow with teachers from various acting philosophies until she debuted professionally at the Ljubljana City Theatre in an international production of Antigona. Her intense auditioning landed her at Drama Studio London as a full-time student, where she also discovered a deep devotion to the camera. After DSL she returned to Ljubljana in 2022 to finish the unfinished business, her MA, while she has also done some AD-ing, directing and producing work. She has been praised by the directors she has worked with for her “focus on set, energy, and emotional accessibility”.
